To celebrate the 30th Anniversary of the launch of Green Lights, EPA’s first-ever voluntary climate program, EPA Administrators Michael S. Regan (2021-present) and William K. Reilly (1989-1993) hold a Zoom call to discuss the origins and legacy of EPA’s voluntary, partner-based climate initiatives.
